Tiny Homes initiative

We continue to see the immediate need for more housing in the Outer East. We know that more people than ever don’t have a safe and stable place to live. Tiny Homes Australia has partnered with Anchor Inc to raise the money to build two Tiny Homes that will provide short term accommodation for locals experiencing homelessness. For more information, and to donate, please see their “Go Fund Me” page: https://www.gofundme.com/TinyHomes-ForTheHomeless
Tiny Homes create affordable houses, which will be a great short term option for families, couples and individuals. We appreciate Tiny Homes Australia’s support in helping us introduce innovative solutions to our national housing crisis.
Lauren, Heidi, Naomi and Mark got a sneak peak of one of the Tiny Homes today. Thanks very much to Paul and Indi  for showing us all the fantastic features and amazing workmanship of these homes.

CommBank grants!

A huge thank you to the Commonwealth Bank for selecting Anchor to receive funds from their Centenary Grants.
Thanks to Studfield, Stud Park, Yarra Junction, Mount Evelyn, and Chirnside Park branches each donating $10,000, we now have $50,000 to support those that need it!
This money will go a long way to help many local people in areas of emergency re-location, specialist medical needs, social inclusion, and education. We will also be launching our innovative Head Lease program that will introduce great pathways for those needing a little extra help to return to the private rental market.
Fiona, Heidi, Lauren and Mark gratefully recieved this novelty cheque from Ken, Ingrid, Vin, Cheree and Roshan, at our Scoresby office this afternoon.
